Shawna Harward has been a Realtor in Austin, Texas, since 2012, but has been an active real estate investor with her husband for over 15 years. Michael Potter is a full time Licensed Realtor, serving the Austin area for over 16 years. Michael, out of high school, has worked many years in the retail industries putting him face to face with customers and giving him the opportunity to provide excellent customer service. He became a manager and developed his team with the philosophy of taking care of his employees and in turn they will take care of the customers. In creating new work systems and a fun and productive work environment, Michael along with his team was able to break previous year's sales records.
